This is a gorgeous angel tattoo with blue and orange being the dominant colors. She looks very peaceful coming out of the clouds with her sun mandala coming out behind her. It looks like this picture was taken right after the tattoo was completed - you can still see the hair is shaved. I hope it’s color is as vibrant today as it was when the picture was taken!
