Tattoo is most commonly seen as the person’s self expression of their wildness yet sensitivity to the art they appreciate. Just like how this man puts the Aztec Tattoo on his hand; this just goes to show that men really have their own way of interpreting his wild imagination.
are tattoos bad for you? do they cause any damage long term? what do you think, I personally love tattoos, my son has three, my husband has many and so do I, I have the aztec symbol of my star sign on my leg which is 69in the centre of a crab!
i love them on guys and i like the small ones on girls but i dont like huge ones on girls ! i dont have any because i dont know how painful it is to get them but i think they are great ! its all about expressing yourself but there is certain places that i dont like ! but overall they're cool

i have a drawing of mine that I want to get tattooed onto me, but I am not sure where. It is a flower in black almost like a tribal or aztec tat, with a butterfly sucking it's nectar. I am torn between my back upper shoulder blade area, w/ the butterfly coming out onto my shoulder/arm, or my chest. I am thinking above the breast, closer to the front shoulder area, possibly even lower/mid breast line . . . any suggestions?
I would buy a few temporary tattoos similar to the one you want and put in in several spots and decide for yourself where you like it the best.Once you get it on your body for real..its there for life..So be sure its what you really want to do and that you won't regret it when you get older and it looks old too.you might think its cute or sexy right now but you might change your mind later.

I want a tat. NE body have some good sites or xamples? I would like a unique pic like a horoscope or celtic, aztec, tribal, etc. And/or phrase/poem. The phrase/poem would go on my forearms so when I put them across my body they connect like a puzzle. The phrase/poem needs to refer to family. The secureness, love, caring, etc of family. So the meaning of the words with my arms across my body like a hug gives a whole visual affect. Possibly in Spanish, French or Latin. Black or grey colors.
the words r goin on my arms, the pic will go on the deltoid area.
How old are you? If you are less than 22 you may want to reconsider. Think back to when you were 12, what tattoo would you have gotten then? If you had the blue power ranger tattooed on your back right now would you like it? What about 16? How cool are the goo goo dolls now? (Please replace the specific examples with something specific to you.) The same goes in 10 years. What will this phrase or poem mean to you then (besides that it has been on your forearms for 10 years)?
I understand they are a way to express yourself and I can dig that, but so is talking, t-shirts, music, cars and other things that aren't so permanent. Frat/sorority letters, military or other group insignias that are part of life changing experiences I can understand. The tribal Aztec armband? I don't get it. It isn't original anymore and it doesn't say anything about you. The hiragana and katakana symbols? Come on! 90% of the people who get them don't even know for sure what it means.
On top of that, they used to be taboo. Now 95% of the girls in college have a tramp stamp (pardon the expression) of a butterfly/dolphin/fairy/moon. They have lost the rarity that made them special.
If you get one, think long and hard about it and make sure it represents something that is very personal and long lasting. One last thing (if you got this far), I would stay away from the forearms and stick the tattoo somewhere that can be covered up by a shirt. In case you want to get a job where that is not considered acceptable.

Thinking of getting an aztec style sun on my left shoulder/upper arm. I am a bloke (man) what do you think of my choice of design and location. Anyone got any suggestions or comments???
Go for it Mr. Kidder!
Top of your arm, or shoulder is your best bet. I like the sound of the Aztec\Mayan theme too. You had someone design it for you?
Hope your not getting one from peer pressure from the other blokes though…….Navy will do that to you!!
Holler at me dude!

Every human has their artistic side that is most likely a great symbol of their personalities. With this Aztec Tattoo exhibited at the back of this person, we can see his wildness yet conservative appreciation of the art through this tattoo.
i was planning on geting a TAT of an aztec snake at the top of my foot, but i know that sometimes it looks tacky on people depending on wat TYPE of tat it is…or should i have it wrap my ankle? ..im open for any suggestions!!
http://www.artlex.com/ArtLex/s/images/snake_aztecturq_th.jpg
(this is da design i was thinkin…but if u know of any kewl actec snake designs, please provide with links…thnx!)
I think its a cool idea but if it were me, I would have the snake start on my foot near the ankle, and have it wind up around my lower leg a little. I think that'd be awesome.
Good Luck!

also we are taures and i was born 6 days after his bday and my daughter is born 6 days after my husband her daddy too.
is that a sign?
The reason you are getting a tattoo is because your souls is connected to your dad´s. The main thing here is that you love ( not loveD wich is the memorial you hate), you love music, and your roots are aztec=warrior, and Marley´s music wich is orange red and green.
The ONLY think you are there for, is a mix of the basic elements on your explanations…
The warrior, the colors and the Marleys sounds are the three Esssences of your past and present.
Check Marlesy hair and expression at
http://www.tattoos-by-design.co.uk/rate_my_tattoo/tattoos/viewtatoo.asp?ID=2392
The aztec fire is the inverse of Marleys hair…( wich has the messagge I m not like the others, my people in my religion, I am tmy worlds warrior)
look this here:
http://www.rankmytattoos.com/Arizona/Phoenix/2862.html
I suggest you take those two elements and have a fusion made with some ancient elements from:
http://www.azteca.net/aztec/prehisp/mendocino.html
The ancestors, including your dad, will be corresponded when you honer them and your thoughts in your skin. This is a forever thing.
