i really want to get tattoos on each arm there but am having trouble getting started with ideas
i want words, possibly symbols. maybe one word on each arm that go together
any ideas???

I'd need examples to fully grok what you're saying; are you implying you see a lot of men with, say, floral tattoos or faerie art? That's the nearest I can think of.
I suppose another example might be some Buddhist elements, which may appear feminine to western eyes since there are plant & flower (among other non-macho western) based elements to some of the art.

I recommend neither. How old are you?? Guaranteed if you get a tattoo fitting either of those categories you will really regret it if the actual symbol/picture doesn't mean anything to you personally. You have to wonder if you'll still want the bleeding heart-on-a-celtic cross tattoo when you're 70… I think most people at 70 would rather not have one.
A tattoo changes your body forever. It's important to at least come to terms with what you're dealing with…

That is where I got my first tat and I love mine. I have a strawberry. I have seen lots of girls with nautical stars there. Go for what you like! Anything right there I think is beautiful and sexy. Every guy I have meet loves tats there.
