   Hey…..I happen to be a big fan of Judy Parker http://www.judyparker.org/shop.html I recommend that you go by her shop and show her the tattoo you want to have covered and what you want to cover it with…..She can tell you if it is doable.

   Pacific Tattoo is owned by Judy Parker. I've never been tattooed by her but at the shop there's this guy that does great cover ups named Chris Lindgren. Awesome dude and he'll work with what you've got in mind, and he'll tell you if your idea will flow or not and make the appropriate changes. They're at:

   San Diego, Ca. 92113

   They're right across from the 32nd St. Naval Base.
